July is here and so is the South Dakota heat and sun. Between the outdoor pictures and the garden ceremonies, anyone who has been a part of an outdoor wedding would agree that it can be pretty brutal surviving the heat in dress clothes.
Provide shade for the event with parasols. As if the functionality were not enough, parasols look great in pictures too by adding color and texture. Keep things simple by having your bridesmaids carry parasols instead of the traditional bouquets which they will thank you for later. Instead of party favors at the reception, pass out parasols to couples when they arrive at the ceremony. With all of the unique options available including lace accents to monograms and tons of colors, parasols are the way to go.
