All vendors listed on SD Wedding Style are required to meet minimum requirements. We do acknowledge there are many different styles of services, but also realize that certain standards should be met. Below the requirements for each type of listing are described. This list is public because we feel that it will help guide our couples when they are selecting their vendors. And also to guide our vendors in increasing their professional reputations.
General Listing Requirements: $60/12 months
- One year in business
- Five weddings serviced
- Sales tax ID
- Web presence
- Completed application and code of conduct
- Catering, bakery and alcohol service vendors must provide proof of license
Style Listing Requirements: $180/12 months and $110 for 6 months
- One year in business
- Ten weddings serviced
- Sales tax ID
- Web presence
- Completed application and code of conduct
- Catering, bakery and alcohol service vendors must provide proof of license
Certified Vendor Listing Requirements:
- Two years in business
- Twenty-five weddings serviced
- Sales tax ID
- Web presence
- Minimum of liability insurance
- Completed application and code of conduct
- Catering, bakery and alcohol service vendors must provide proof of license
- No unexplained complaints with the State Attorney General
Elite Certified Vendor Listing Requirements:
- Five years in business
- One Hundred weddings serviced
- Sales tax ID
- Website
- Minimum of liability insurance
- Three vendor referrals from certified vendors
- Completed application and code of conduct
- Catering, bakery and alcohol service vendors must provide proof of license
- No unexplained complaints with the State Attorney General
